ATT Lockport is your hometown store for everything ATT.  ATT Lockport – Your 1 stop ATT shop.  We sell home and business phone service as well as high speed internet.  We also sell ATT television services, UVerse and DirectTV.  And of course we sell wireless phones and service, including text messaging, internet, roadside service, insurance, and GPS tracking services….to name a few…

ATT  Bio:
We are an authorized ATT retailer, which means we sell ATT services exclusively, and we sell ALL of their services.  We have 3 stores: Willowbrook, Tinley Park, and Lockport.  I have been selling phones with ATT for 20 years and our Lockport store has been open for around 15 years.  All of our employees are local, and are full time; they always have the customers’ best interest at hand.  Selling for just ATT lets us become very knowledgeable with all their products, and services.  We renamed our store “Total Communications” because we do not do just cellular; we do it all.  We truly are your 1 stop for everything ATT .  I am not claiming to be able to do everything, some things do have to be handled by ATT directly but we are definitely the starting point; and 90% of the time, the ending point, when it comes to getting things done.  I hear on a daily basis from customers how great it is to be able to go over questions with a representative face to face and have it explained or resolved at that moment, without having to be transferred around or get the run around. With 20+ years experience and employees with 16+ years experience , I feel we have our customers best interest covered .

I know people, myself included, love to have a place and a familiar face to come and talk to, to get the information straight or to get an issue resolved.  When people come into our store and we have gotten to know them, it’s better for the customer and it’s more fun for us.  I know that is the reason we have been around so long.  People who have given us their business are loyal, and we are loyal right back.  If the customer is not happy, we are not happy.
