My professional career began as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Will County, Illinois. I am a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association. As a Will County Assistant State’s Attorney, I prosecuted cases ranging from traffic and misdemeanor offenses, to trial of all levels of felony prosecution including murder and narcotics violations. I have been in the private practice of law since 1992. I represent clients in a wide variety of legal matters, including traffic, criminal, both misdemeanor and felony offenses, as well as real estate transactions, evictions, wills, land trusts and probate matters.

Prior to forming The Law Offices of Smigielski & Wrobel, I was an Assistant States Attorney. In that capacity, I served the people of Illinois prosecuting cases ranging from minor traffic violations to misdemeanor and felony offenses. Since entering the private practice of law in 2006, I have concentrated my practice on a variety of matters including traffic, criminal, real estate transactions, evictions, divorce and bankruptcy.
