Willow Falls Senior Living Community

Julie Brewer, Director of Community Relations

Developed and managed by husband and wife team, Greg and Renee Wolf, Willow Falls Senior Living community is situated on 33 beautifully landscaped acres in Crest Hill, IL.

Their vision included a community that would be developed in an effort to repay, in some measure, the debt of gratitude owed to our seniors. Willow Falls was created and operates with a mission to provide quality supportive services in an affordable, safe and enriching environment. The community includes the active 55 and better townhomes, independent condominiums, assisted living and memory care building, and a 5000 sq. ft. recreation center with indoor swimming pool. Some other amenities include a town square complete with ice cream parlor, bird aviary, general store, hair salon, bank and library.

For the more active senior, The Condominiums at Willow Falls offers senior condos/apartments. Rentals include utilities except phone, daily continental breakfast and daily lunch meal, housekeeping, life line service, maintenance, scheduled bus service and activities. Some additional amenities are the beautifully appointed apartments with full sized appliances, and stackable washer/dryer, and an extra storage unit for each resident.

For seniors requiring some assistance, The Inn at Willow Falls offers assisted living and memory care. Residents choose from various private apartment sizes, and the basic care includes all utilities, three gourmet meals daily, housekeeping, daily reassurance checks, lifeline response 24/7, scheduled bus service and an abundance of social activities. If needed, three care levels are available to meet our residents’ various needs.

For those suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease or a related dementia/memory loss, the memory care neighborhoods provide a quaint, caring, homelike environment in a safe and secure setting. Whether a resident needs assisted care or memory care, the attentive staff provides personal attention and treats each person as an individual. The mission of Willow Falls is to provide ongoing supportive services to meet the residents’ varying needs, while instilling a true sense of independence in a secure, homelike setting.

Willow Falls offers an enriching environment filled with social events, physical activities, outings, clubs, religious services and an abundance of stimulating opportunities. Many wonderful activities are open to the public as well, including the very popular laughter yoga, Rusty Hinges Arthritis Class, Alzheimer’s Support Group, and informational seminars.
